This award is open to businesses trading for less than three full years.

Hospitality, Leisure, Travel and Tourism is one of the UK’s largest industry sectors, employing almost two million people which equates to 7% of all UK jobs.

This award is open to all businesses from across this industry and will go to the business that can best demonstrate the following:

This award sets out to recognise and acknowledge the ongoing contribution that independent retailers make in growing and sustaining our economy and also acknowledges the leading role that retailing plays in setting down the standard for customer service excellence.


The success of businesses doing more within their local community is growing quite sharply. This award is open to any non-profit organisation that can demonstrate how it has rolled out a project or initiative that has delivered significant and tangible benefits to the local community.
